Maternity: Support

We recognise that pregnancy does not always follow a straightforward path, and some individuals may experience complications, loss, or other forms of trauma. If you are going through a difficult time, please know that you are not alone. We are committed to supporting you with compassion, confidentiality, and care.

We encourage you to speak with your line manager, OH or HR, who can help you access appropriate support, including time off, counselling services through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), and any necessary workplace adjustments. Your wellbeing is our priority, and we are here to support you in whatever way you need.
